This document reports the results of the 2014 Ring Trial, which are compared with the Ring Trial reported in 2012, with the aim of assessing whether the standardised method agreed by the CORESTA Smoking Behaviour Sub-Group should be recognised by CORESTA as a Recommended Method.

The results led to the publication of CORESTA Recommended Method (CRM) No. 80 - Use of the Part-Filter Method for the Estimation of Smokers' Exposure to Nicotine and Nicotine-Free Dry Particulate Matter.
